Vitalize Consulting Solutions, Inc. (VCS) is pleased to announce that they have
named James H. Crook to their Board of Directors. Jim recently retired as Chief
Executive Officer of IDX Systems Corporation where his responsibilities included
delivering on the IDX core values of customers at over 3,400 healthcare organizations,
2,400 employees working in 10 locations throughout the United States and the United
Kingdom, and annual revenues in excess of $600 million. Before becoming Chief
Executive Officer on January 1, 2003, he also served as President and Chief Operating
Officer, as well as Vice President and a Director.
