Hourly
Looking for or need additional flexibility, yet want access to benefits? Do you have a highly marketable skill set and want to select your projects? Do you also want the
stability of and connection of working for an established consulting firm? Standard hourly employment might be the perfect fit for you. This option allows you to be paid
hourly, resulting in a slightly higher compensation yet also receive full support of our VCS team. You will have access to the same benefit package as standard salaried
employees, except for paid time off, floating holidays and bench time pay. Employees are eligible for select company benefits to include health, dental, and vision when
their project contract includes a client commitment of at least three months and at least 30 hours a week.
