Before They Were VCS Stars
Josie is certified in EpicCare Ambulatory, MyChart®, and
EpicCare Link. She also has experience with Cadence, Chronicles, Crystal, and Bridges. Josie has been involved in several large clients over her tenure as a consultant, none of which
she declares is her “ultimate favorite.” She claims that her work at each has been instrumental in developing her career. When asked about why she chose VCS, she noted “When I took
psychology classes in undergrad and graduate school, I learned about the PE fit theory. Individuals are likely to flourish in environments that fit with their values. VCS has a family
vibe and the leadership truly respects its workers. Any company that sincerely reinforces work/life balance is one in which I am proud to be a part of.” She feels like she’s a part of
a team. It’s the little things that make an impact, she says; the new employee welcome baskets, luggage tags, yearly retreats, and connections via email. “But it’s those that matter
most.” In her spare time, she loves to travel, bake, and come up with witty phrases.
Josie Collier

Rebecca is a MEDITECH consultant with experience in Clinicals,
Interfaces, and other vendor software. She claims her favorite project during her career was a PCS implementation in which she was the project lead where she was able to utilize best
practices to re-design clinical documentation. Rebecca has worked with Vitalize for several years and loves the environment and family oriented atmosphere. She knows the reputation of
the company and believes they truly know the life/work balance. Rebecca’s loyalty to the company, which she attributes to her Practice Director (whom she’s worked with for years), as
well as her expertise in MEDITECH make her a valuable member to our team. At VCS, she knows she is a not a number; she’s a vital part to the success of our team. In her spare time,
Rebecca enjoys listening to music, particularly Bon Jovi and Eric Clapton. Fun random fact about Rebecca: She’s assisted in the birthing of several baby calves!
