PMO Practice Director Update
As we embark on the second half of 2009, I am sure all of us would agree this year has and will continue to offer us new challenges and opportunities. While budgets continue to be scrutinized; we continue to look for better and smarter ways of doing business and a clearer understanding of requirements in the new ARRA bill or aka “Obama” bucks.
Despite our collective struggles this year, I am proud to announce our project management team here at VCS continues to do an excellent job in providing the service level and value our customers expect. Our quality scores remain very high (4.75 out of 5.0) and our PM’s continue to bring some very difficult projects to completion. Within the first half of 2009, the PMO drove three customers live for our Eclipsys®, Siemens®, and Cerner® practices, all with very successful outcomes.
I want to thank our customers for their continued support and confidence in our team and also thank our project managers for their hard work and dedication to their customers and projects.
